Non - IBR Thermic Fluid Heating
System
The Thermic Fluid Heater is equipped with fully automatic pressure automating type burner consist of micro hole Nozzle, Sparking Electrodes, Photocell flame sensing device for silent operation, defuser plate for rich mixing of air, high pressure gear pump coupled with blower.
This System is comprises of fully automatic 3 pass, package type oil fired heater in which the thermic fluid can be heated 300 oC at near atmospheric pressure. The hot thermic fluid is circulated in closed cycle by high temp centrifugal pump and the heat is dissipated to the process through heat exchangers in the user equipment circuit
The Thermic Fluid Heater is a fully automatic and safe for unattended operation. The normal operation of the Thermic Fluid Heater is governed by a electronic sequence controller, which in the event of abnormal operating condition sound an audio visual alarm and trip the system to stop. Ones the fault is cleared restart the unit. The all instrument of safety interlocks, indicators and alarm are mounted in control pannel board.
